Low Carb Blueberry Protein Pancakes
1 scoop Magnum quattro vanilla ice cream protein
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Kodiak cakes buttermilk flapjack mix or oat floor
Mix all ingredients except blueberries in a bowl and then fold in blueberries. Heat a non-stick pan on medium. Spray your pan with cooking spray to ensure no stick. Use about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook and serve with Walden Farms sugar free maple syrup and a few berries for a killer breakfast!
