P28 High Protein Bagel Egg Sandwich
1 P28 protein bagel
1 egg cooked however you like it
1-2 slices tomato
1-2 leaves romaine lettuce
Pinch pepper and salt
Lightly toast your P28 protein bagel. Cook your egg easy over with a little cooking spray in a pan (or however you like it). Slice your tomato and prep your lettuce. Top your bagel with tomato, lettuce and egg. Close up your bagel and ENJOY!
P28 food bagels can be found at most local Popeyes! They are high protein and lower carb than your traditional bagels.
The whole sandwich is only 335 calories, 12 grams fat, 26 grams carbs, 4 grams fiber, 6 grams sugar, 34 grams protein. This makes for a very balanced and solid breakfast option!
